This Website and its Content are owned by Peaceful Mountain Church (“Church,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using https://peacefulmountain.org (“Website”), or by becoming a member and participating in church activities, services, or ceremonies, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website and refrain from participating in church-sponsored activities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or continued participation in church membership and activities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


  1. Membership and Annual Renewal

All individuals must be members of Peaceful Mountain Church to participate in any sacramental ceremonies or church-sponsored activities.

Membership must be renewed annually and includes:

  • Submission of an updated medical and spiritual intake form.
  • Re-affirmation and signing of the liability waiver and spiritual declaration.
  • A suggested donation of $1 to process and maintain membership records.

Failure to complete this annual renewal may result in suspension of membership privileges until all requirements are fulfilled.


 

  1. Sacred Use of Sacraments

All sacraments offered by Peaceful Mountain Church are to be used solely in a religious and ceremonial context. Members agree not to sell, share, or misuse these sacraments outside the bounds of the church’s ceremonial framework.


  1. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, non-coercive, and spiritually aligned manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language.
  • Disruptive, aggressive, or violent behavior.
  • Unauthorized recording or photography.
  • Sharing sacramental experiences or teachings out of context or for personal gain.
  • Promotion of external services, products, or religious paths within the sacred space without prior authorization.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Participation in church ceremonies and activities is voluntary. Members affirm that they have disclosed all relevant medical and psychological conditions.

Peaceful Mountain Church and its facilitators are not liable for injuries, emotional disturbances, or adverse effects resulting from participation. Members are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before engaging in sacramental or ceremonial activities.

All written materials, ceremony structures, prayers, songs, and spiritual teachings are the intellectual and spiritual property of Peaceful Mountain Church. These may not be copied, recorded, adapted, or distributed without express permission.
